handed the Johnson City Hilltoppers a 26 to 6 defeat in a Big Five conference contest here Friday night Lowe tossed for two touchdowns and lateraled for two more The two TD passes thrown by Lowe upped his total to 23 for the year' The Blue Devils broke a scoreless deadlock late in the second quarter Lowe took the ball from center and moved five yards before flipping Howze who moved 15 yards fo ra
