went to look for him and found him on the conveyor An autopsy showed a crushing injury of the chest multiple rib fractures and severe internal injuries with bleeding apparently suffered in the fall and in the machinery Artificial respiration was used at the plant until an ambulance arrived Rhodes had been employed by the Board of Public Utilities since 1943 and had been fuel supply foreman since
