Fisher is plaintifi and Badg defendant. Badger killed one of Fishers fex hounds. Another interesting Euit will be that of J. F. Buford vs Brubaker.

The Bufords allege that J. Buford placed in the Brubaker back on deposit and that the same was stolen when the bank was robbed. Brubakerclaims the money was put in the back for safe keeping but was not on deposit.
