4B Sunday, July 26 11998 Robert Murl Roach Robert Murl Roach DEPORT Robert Murl -Roach, 73, of Deport, died Saturday, July 25, 1998. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 26, in First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cemetery under direction of Wood Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m.

Sunday in the fellowship hall of the church. Mr. Roach was born Jan. 22, in Tira, a son of Robert Lee and Mollie Mae Watts- Roach. He married Margie Nell Allen May 14, 1941, in Taico; she died Oct.

6, 1989. He then Evelyn Johnson Owen Oct. 12, 1990, in Deport. He, along with his father and brother, operated sawmills in this area in the early 'days. In more recent years, he was the owner of Roach Butane and Roach Oil Company.

He retired in 1980. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion. A member of the First Baptist Church of Deport, he was a deacon and Sunday school teacher. He is survived by his wife; a daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Donald Screws of Bogata; two sons and daughters-in-law, Philip and Susan of Milton and John and Cokie Roach of Deport; eight grandchildren, Michael Don Screws of Deport, Tana Screws of Bogata, Chris Anna Guerra of Susan Ray of Florida, Cindy Roach of Houston, Michael Roach of Deport, Jenny Asbery of Deport and Beth Ann Spray of Reno; five great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Johnnie Warren of Deport and Lucy Fowler of Cunningham, and two brothers-in-law, Bill Pirtle of Bogata and Edwin Davis of Louisiana. He was preceded in death by Iris first wife, his parents, a brother, M.E.

Roach; three sisters, Nellie Clark, Veda Mae Harrison and Winnie Faye Pirtle; two grandsons, Kevin Screws in 1984 and Casey Roach in 1989; a'great-grandson, Aaron Michael Borders in 1987; two great- gran ddaiighters, Yolanda Guerra in 1994 and Shyanne Roberts in Pallbearers will be Rodger Allen, Kenneth Allen, Don Roach, Freddie Davis, Johnny Dawson and Marlin Foster. Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of the First Baptist Church. Rachel A. Sain Rachel A. Sain, 92, of Reno, died Friday, July 24, 1998, at Red River Healthcare Center in Bogata.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 27, in the chapel of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with-the Rev. Robert Myre officiating. Burial will be in Restland Cemetery at Cunningham. The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m.

Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Sain was born March 15, 1906, in the Cunningham community, a daughter of Marion A. and May Farris Posey. She was retired from Talco public schools and was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Paris.

She married Norman E. Sain Oct. 14, 1923, in Cunningham. Survivors include her husband of Reno; a brother, Kenneth Posey of Houston; two sisters, Goldie Brown of Kirkland, N.M., and Ollie Guthrie of Talco; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charlie Posey and Buford Posey, and by a sister, Ida DeShong.

Pallbearers will be Roy Oliver, Carl Mac Williams, Ronny Williams, Jim Lawrence, Bob Bolton and Arlton Bristow. B. She attended Lamar County schools and was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Beulah Eva Huddfeston Long CLARKSVILLE Beulah Eva Huddleston Long, 89, of Clarksville died Friday, July 24, 1998, in Clarksville Nursing Center. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 26, in Lindeman Chapel with the Rev.

Steven Hill and the Rev. A. B. Kellam officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery under direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

She was born Dec. 6, 1908, in Red River County, a daughter of George and Fannie Talley Huddleston. She was a member of the New Haven Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral Home. Mr.

Holder was retired and had served in the Air Force in World War II. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. He was born Aug. 22, 1922, in Hunt County, a son of George and Julie Bowen Holder.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister. Survivors include his wife, Inez Holder; a son, Gene Weldon Holder of Waynesville, a daughter, Gale Knapp, Velisca, Iowa; sisters, Elizabeth Caton of Mesquite and Lorene Holder of Greenville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Navy for some time during World War II. Mr. Henry retired from Campbell Soup in 1985. He was an inspector also known as "Hold Tag" Henry. Mr.

Henry is survived by his wife, Frances; daughter and son- in-law, Patsy and Jack Funderburk; daughter, Lillian Shaver; grandchildren and their spouses, Kim Patterson, Brad and Stacey Patterson, Greg and Lynn Coursey, Kelly and Jimmy Smith, Chad and Carol Coursey, Gena and Joe Iglehart and Jackie and Darren Cunningham. Mr. Henry has 15 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Bernice Cunningham and Dixie Calvert, and one brother, D.O. Henry.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and three brothers. The family requests that you call an old friend, take a meal to a shut-in, visit an elderly neighbor, in other words, do something nice for somebody. It was a wish of Mr. Henry's to be an organ donor, however, this wasn't possible for him. On his behalf, we would like to request that you sign the back of your license and fill out an organ donor card.

Bruce Smith officiating. Burial will be in Redland Cemetery under direction of Funeral Home of Idabel. Mr. Clark was born March 15, 1976, in Texarkana. He had lived his early childhood life in Idabel before moving to Fort Towson.

He attended school in Fort Towson, where he graduated with the class of 1994. He was affiliated with the Redland Methodist Church and was a heavy equipment operator. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Carl Williams and Frank Clark and an uncle James Carl Williams. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Sharon and Mark Helms of Idabel; his father Jimmy Frank Clark of Daisy, grandparents, Lorrie Williams of Idabel and Minnie Lee Clark of Daisy a half-brother, Brian Dean Clark of Long Beach; aunts, Shirley and husband John Huffman of Edmond, and' Gail and Frank Rhoades of Deport, and Tammy and husband Alvin Jamerson of Millerton; uncles, Mike and wife Linda Helms of Idabel, Jack and wife Rose Williams of Dodge City, Kan.
