Hall. The auxiliary was just organized 4 months ago and already has proved a big help to the Pup Tent. The Cooties main purpose Is to help hospitalized and disabled veterans but they do It In such a way that they have a great deal of fun In the process. Members of Forest Park V.F.W. Post 7181 elected to office were Bud Arendt, sky pilot; Elmer Llcht, shyster and John Rizzo, S.R.O. And for the auxiliary, Lois Licht, Guard; Renlle Clialtln, Deputy Rep.; Helen Arendt, Scholarship chairman; Charlotte Sisson, Musician; Billie Weber, Fun Officer, and Katherine Rlzzo, Asst. Guard. The Treblealres, a chorus comprised of 31 suburban women, will hold their annual concert In the Willowbrook High School Auditorium, 1250 S, Ardmore in Villa Park. Mary Larson Decker, soprano, guest soloist for the evening, is the daughter of Mrs. Evelyn Larson, director of the Chorus for the past 15 years. Mrs. Decker holds Bachelor of Music' and Master of Music degrees from the Eastman School of Music as well as theinstitution'scovet- ed Performer's Certificate in Voice. She teaches voice at Susquehanna University and Bloomsburg State College, both in central Pennsylvania. Miss Valerie Christen, flutist for the evening, is also a graduate of Proviso East High School. She is now attending Triton Junior College and plays with the Symphony Wind Ensemble. Last summer :, soloist with the Mt. Prospect Concert Band on their European tour. Valerie will assist the Chorus in Rubensteln's "Sepaphlc Song". She is the daughter of Mrs. Shirley Christell, soprano with theTREBLEAIRES. ELECT I VILLAGE COMMISSIONER APRIL 20th
