Gloria Latimer, instructor of modern dance at the I college, said the students have been in rehearsal for several weeks. Choreographers for the production, in addition to Latimer, include Cherie Schumacher, Arlin Powell, Suzanne McGinn, Kyla Daetwiler, Marty Hanks, Pat Downey-Agee and Deanne Scherr, all students. Guest performers from West Texas State College in Canyon, Texas, are all students of Debbie Bray, former Garden City Community College dance instructor. Such amounts so levied and assessed as set out in Sections I to 21, inclusive of this ordinance shall be due and payable from and after the publication of this ordinance; and the City Clerk shall notify the owners of the above-described property so far as known to him of the amounts of their respective assessments and that unless such assessments are paid within thirty days from the publication of this ordinance, bonds will be issued therefor and the City Clerk shall certify to the County Clerk in the same manner and at the same time as other taxes are certified, for a period of ten years, all of the above assessments which have not been paid within thirty days after the publication of this ordinance, together with interest on such amounts at a rate of not to exceed 8 % per annum, and such amounts so certified shall be presented on the tax rolls and collected over said period of ten years, the levy for each year being for one-tenth of the principal amount of the assessment plus one year's interest on the amount remaining unpaid.
