FROM THE FRONT PAGE During pursuit, Tittle al legedly ran multiple stop signs, repeatedly crossed the center line in the oadway, met with other vehicles and reached speeds of up to 80 mph. ittle also allegedly drove through and dam- aged a yard on Coul- ter Road and a yard at the apar tment complex on Lar Circle while attempting to ee. A i report, Tittle was arrest- ed after his car became disabled on Galen Road. Of icers found that itt le gir fr iend was i th im dur ing the pursuit and that her life had been endangered as a result. He also locat- ed multiple empty Bud Light cans inside the vehicle.

Tittle was also alleged- ly driving on a suspended license, had given a false date of birth and threw a beer can from the vehicle during the pursuit. A i i a that he ran because he believed there were war- rants for his arrest and because of his suspended license. i le was charged with aggravated assault, a financial responsibility violation, unlawful remov- al of a registration decal or plate, driving an unreg- istered vehicle, evading arrest, driving to the left of the center line, reck- less driving, driving on a revoked or suspended license, driving under the uence, reckless endan- germent, criminal imper- sonation, violation of open container law and crimi- nal littering. His bond was set at $22,000, and his cour date was slated for July 17. Funeral services were conducted on June 29 from the chapel of Anderson Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, with Mark Templeton ciating. Interment was held in Anderson Son Memorial Park. Roger Overton was an honorary pallbearer. Kelley Overton, Larry Overton, Charles Overton, Barry Hawkins, Alex Irkliy and James Cox served as active pallbearers. Patsy was born on Aug.

26, 1942, in Vivian, West Virginia, to the late Walter Edgar and Maxie (Hurt) Jones. She married David Overton who survives on July 3, 1965. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Charles Jones. Patsy was a member of the United Methodist Church in Kimball, West Virginia. In her early years, she worked for the FBI, where she met David.

She later left the FBI so that she would be able to stay at home with her daughter, Dana, although she did take on some occasional odd jobs. That gave her some time of her own as well as giving David some quality time with Dana. Patsy loved spending time talking with family and friends. In addition to her husband of almost 54 years, she is survived by: her daughter, Dana Leah (and husband, Del Lynch) of Crofton, Maryland; grandchildren, Delaney Michele Lynch of Crofton, Darcy Claire Lynch of Crofton; a sister, Lucky (and husband, Frank Collins) of Lafayette; sisters-in-law, Sandra Overton of Lafayette; Hortense Overton, of the Rocky Mound community in Macon County; and Dottie (and husband, Billie Joe Hawkins) of Lafayette. Arrangements were entrusted to Anderson Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.

Patsy Lee Overton Danny Franklin Presley, 69, of Lafayette passed away peacefully in his home on June 18. Danny was born on April 21, 1950, to the late Louis and Neomi Presley. He was one of three children, including Diane and the late David Presley Sr. Danny married the love of his life, Dinkey Presley, on July 12, 1968. From this union, Danny and Dinkey have three children Jimmy, Melissa, and Danielle; eight grandchildren Ashley Willis, Beth Davis, Heaven Cross, Brooke Presley, Brandy Green, Cayla McClard, Bailey McClard and Danny Presley; ve great-grand- children, Lucas Davis, Hailey Willis, Hunter Willis, Kyndal Rutan and Zak Davis.

Danny and Dinkey celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last year with family. In his spare time, Danny enjoyed being outside, collecting antiques and working on cars and lawn mowers. Most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was a great husband, father, papa and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his family and his favorite running buddy, Doug Summers.

Danny Presley is survived by: his wife, Dinkey Presley; sister and brother-in-law, Dianne and Roger Geifer; son and daughter-in- law, Jimmy and Janet Presley; daughters, Melissa Presley, Danielle McClard; eight grandchildren; Ashley (and Richard) Willis, Beth (and Donnie) Davis, Heaven (and Nick) Cross, Brooke Presley, Brandy Green, Cayla McClard, Danny Presley, Bailey McClard; ve great-grand- children, Lucas Davis, Hailey Willis, Hunter Willis, Kyndal Rutan, Zak Davis; and running buddy and friend, Doug Summers. Danny was preceded in death by: his father, Louis Presley; mother, Neomi Presley; and brother, David Presley Sr. Danny Franklin Presley Eloise Crawford Woodard, 71, of the Union Camp community in Macon County, passed away on June 25 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin. Funeral Services were conducted on June 28 from the chapel of Anderson Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs, with Tim McHenry ciating. Interment was held in Leonard Cemetery.

Arrangements were handled by Anderson Son Funeral Home in Red Boiling Springs. Eloise Crawford Woodard Stanley Dean Cook, 91, of Lafayette, passed away on June 23. Funeral services were conducted on June 26 from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Danny Holland and Jimmy Claiborne ciating. Interment followed in Anderson Son Memorial Park. Stanley Dean Cook Brice Gregory, 87, of Lafayette passed away on June 27.

Funeral services were conducted on June 29 from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with G.W. Knight ciating. Interment followed in Macon County Memorial Gardens. Brice Gregory Jerry Wayne Roark, 77, of Lafayette passed away on June 21. Funeral services were conducted on June 27 from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Dewayne Gregory ciating.

Interment followed in Anderson Son Memorial Park. Jerry Wayne Roark Ikey Lane Hauskins, 58, of Red Boiling Springs passed away on June 26. Funeral services were conducted on June 28 from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Walter Andrews ciating. Interment followed in New Bethel Cemetery. Ikey Lane Hauskins Eva Renee Strong Cherry, 59, of the Hermitage Springs community in Clay County, passed away on June 26 at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville.
