Five hundred dollars of her award gift will be contributed to Denver Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women and St. Martins Catholic Church in Oak Creek. The 1968 Women of Achievement Life Award winner, Mrs. Frank Edward (Ruby Lewis) Neal, was nominated by the Civic Garden Club of Denver. Mrs.

Neal has been a member of the club for 20 years and served on the board since 1949 for both Montview and Broadview Blue Star Roadside Parks. In 1961 she helped develop the parks with the Colorado Highway Department and was given a special achievement award from the National Council of Garden Gubs for her work.
