Under the consolidation, Jack P. Thorn, manager of the Baytown Research and Development Division, will coordinate all plastics, plastics fabrication research and technical services. This includes work at Esso Research, S. A., Brussels, Belgium, and the Imperial Oil Laboratories, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. U is expected that fabrication research will be moved from Linden, New Jersey, to Baytown, where the work will be expanded to include the nonwovens project.
