In her effort to "stop the Islam-ization of America," Pamela Geller has taken out anti-Islam ads on buses and subway stations in major cities for the last few years.

Geller says she wants to make Americans aware of her claim that Islam is anti-Semitic and a religion of violence. The latest controversial ad to be posted on MTAbuses quotes a line from Hamas TV that says, "Killing Jews is worship that draws us close to Allah. As an American Muslim, I understand the rights provided to us by our Constitution. However, I am baffled that, underthe guise of freedom of speech, a known extremist (as labeled by the Southern Poverty Law Center) is given free rein to spew her vitriol against law-abiding citizens of this country. These ads can achieve nothing but sow the seeds of hatred.
