Notice of a special of the mayor and council of the city of Coffeyville, Kansas, to hear complaints as to the valuation of lots and (pieces of ground chargeable with the cost of paving and curbing certain portions of Wost First street, West Fifth street, West Eighth street, East Ninth street.
