One of the wounds was an inch and the other three inches long; Officers Johnson and Steinhebel arrested Nowack and locked him up the Chene Street station on a charge of disturbing the -peace as Scrowaki refused to make 'a complaint against him.

IJr. G. E. Boehrig waa'called Scrowaki and found that the "wounds were not of a serious nature; Death of an Old Resident.
