Page 2 Beach Offers Races, Demolition Derby stock car racing will return to Beaches Speedway Sunday night, with not only a full program of racing in late model and spectator classes but also what is shaping up as a thrilling demolition derby. There are already quite a few entries in the demolition derby, with $300 going to the owner of the car that survives the battering and $100 being awarded to the next best contestant. Tom Dawson said that all that is necessary to enter the car-smashing contest is an old heap that will run, a crash helmet and a seat belt.
