Whereas, the following and hereinafter described lands and premises have heretofore been acquired by Mcintosh County, State of Oklahoma, by virture of the provisions of the re-sale Tax Laws of the State of Oklahoma; said property being described as follows; Lots 1, 2 and 3 In Block 16 in the Town of Rentiesville, Mcintosh County, Oklahoma. A bid of Ten (10) Dollars has been made for said property by one E. B. Moore together with all expense incident to the sale of said property. Notice is hereby given that I the undersigned County Treasurer of Mcintosh County, State of Ok- will sell at the above de- icribed property at public out cry to the highest and best bidder for cash in front of the east door of the Mcintosh County Court House, in Eufaula, Oklahoma on Monday, April 6th, 1936, at Ten o'clock A.

M. of said day subject to the approval of the Board of County Commissioners of Mcintosh County, Oklahoma, the successful bidder to pay all cost of advertisement and all other expense incident to said sale in addition to the amount hid for said property. If there be no bidder at said sale who shall bid a higher price than the bid herein set out then said property shall be sold to the original bidder for the amount of his bid for same. The sale to be subject to the approval of the Board of County Commissioners for Mc- Intsh County. Oklahma.

NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO ALBERT HAMMERS, DEFENDANT, GREETING: You will take notice that you have been sued in the above named Court in the above styled and numbered cause of action by Lou Hammers for an absolute divorce and the care and custody of the minor child of Lou Hammers and Albert Hammers upon the grounds of gross neglect of duty and abandonment and desertion for more than one year next preceeding the filing of the petition in said cause and that you must answer the De- tition filed therein by said plaintiff on or before the 1st day of May, 1936, or said petition will be taken as true and a judgment rendered in said cause in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant, granting a decree of absolute divorce and granting to the plaintiff the care and custody of the minor child of such marriage.
