DeMar was implicated in these burglaries by Eugene Kimmel, also of Bound Brook, N. formerly of Eckley, who was captured at Free-land on Monday morning after an exciting roof-top chase.

A brother John J. Gough, was a part ner in the firm of Julius Hyman Co. and earlier with another broth er, Michael, conducted the Gough Bros, haberdashery at Broad and Pine streets for many years. A nephew, Rev. Father John J.

Gough, pastor of the Church of the Epiphany, Sayre, died in 1949 and is buried in St. Gabriel's ceme tery. Father Gough, for some years was editor of the Catholic Light, official publication of the Seranton diocese. The Gough family have been life long residents of Hazleton. The funeral will be held from St.
