Sellers are Foster, Tom E. Foster, H. U. Garrett and W. E.

Dyche who purchased the station in 1956 from D. W. Ingram. Richter and his associates also operate radio station WEHT and WEHT-TV in Evansville. Richter plans to move to Tucson to live when the transfer is approved by the FCC.
