Carroll County Board Proceedings Board of Supervisors Office, Carroll, Iowa Monday, October 2, 1967 The Board of Supervisors of Carroll County, Iowa met in adjourned session at the Board Office at Carroll, Iowa the county seat of said rounty on Monday, October 2, 1967 at 9:00 a.m. Daylight Savings Time pursuant to law, the rules of said Board and to adjournment with nil members present. On motion the Board of Super visors appointed Forrest (Jack) Mozena or Coon Rapids to replace Walter Buenneke-of Coon Rapids. On motion the Board of Supervisors approved the September monthly report of -Virginia Welsh, R. N. County Nurse and ordered same to be placed on file. On motion the Board of Supervisors approved the report of the REPORT ^>F S THE GRAND JURY We, the Grand Jury of Carroll, Iowa, in regular session assembled on this 2nd day of October, 1967 do hereby report that we have this day.Inspected the Carroll County Jafl and the Carroll County Home. As regards both Institutions, we find them and their inmates to be properly treated and cared for. We recommend however, that the Board of Supervisors consider the advisability of increasing the compensation of the operators of the Carroll County Home.
