(AP) Gen. Chung Hee Park said today South Korea should liberate North Koreans as soon as we can from Communist tyranny and oppression and let them share freedom with us. The junta chief, speaking on the 17th anniversary of Koreas World War II liberation from the Japanese, did not say how the end of Communist rule should be brought about. His government, Park said is doing its best to formulate a workable unification in order to wisely solve the tragic divi sion of this country and thereby end the suffering of the North Korean people at the earliest possible date. An outdoor mass rally was canceled because of threaten ing weather.

Instead, Park spoke at kidoor ceremonies at tended by government officials foreign representatives and others. MARRIAGE LICENSES. Issued in Kansas City. Jerry Randolph Simpson 3744 N. Holmes 22 Wenda Sue Zimmerman, 3744 N.
