Funeral services were held Monday for Oliver S. Marshall. 83, president of the West Virginia state senate In 1899, who died at his home In New Cumberland Saturday. Marshall was the father of John Marshall, assistant United States attorney general under President Coolldge. He served three terms in the state senate from the First district after being county clerk for 12 years.
