W. Addihgton, produced and filed in the county court of Adair state of Oklahoma, an instrument in writidg perportlng to be the last will and testament of Cynthia L. Freeman, deceased, and also filed in said court his petition praying for the probate of said will, and that letters testamentary issue thereof to C. W. Addlngton, the executor named in said will.

Pursuant to an order of said court made on the 4th day of January 1911, notice is hereby given that the 27th day of January 1911, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M. of said day has been appointed by said court as the time for hearing said petition and proving said will at the county court room in Stilwell, in said county, and state, when and where all persons interested may appear and Contest the same. Now on this the llt'ijl of January, 1911, Lincoln England, the duly appointed, qualified and acting administarator of Aggie Manus, deceased, having filed his petition in this court, stating among other things that Lizzie Hummingbird and Lila England were the sole and only heirs at law of Aggie Manus, deceased and asking the Court to appoint some certain day fo hear testimony and take proof of heirship in the above matter said petition of Lincoln England, praying also that he be discharged as administrator.
