POUND SWEET AND SOUR SPARERIBS 1 rack spareribs ^ to 6 pounds 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 'A cup fresh lemon juice Vj cup dark syrup 1 can (13'/4 oz.) Town House pineapple tidbits 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons catsup 2 green onions, chopped fine 2 clov68 garlic crushed 2 teaspoons grated ginger root salt and pepper Place ribs in shallow pan, Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the Spareribs to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature, turn several times, drain the marinade from the ribs, reserve marinade. Place the ribs in a baking pan, bone side down; bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Reduce heat, pour the reserved marinade over ribs and cook another 40 minutes basting occasionally.
