Charles Shuey, of Annville, the driver of the car was held on a charge of driving while under the influence of licfuor and the other, Mike Brajazach, of South Enola, was held on a charge of assault. The assault charge grew out of an alleged attack upon S. F. Painter, a farmer of near Linglestown, who objected to the removal of a wrecked automobile from his place.
