Install Hill As 'Mayor' Of Encino Movieland archer Howard Hill has succeeded comedian George Gobel as honorary mayor of Encino. He took office at the 30th annual banquet of the Encino Chamber of Commerce. Actor Dennis Weaver was installed as honorary sheriff and formal approval was given to chamber officers and directors for 1960, Councilman Pat McGee administrated the oath of office to John W. Givens, president; Dr. Arnold R.

Greene, first vice president; David E. Hinckle, second vice president; Willard Dennison, secretary; and Bart(lett M. Hackley, treasurer. Directors installed M. Frank Flowers, Yale Freed.
