Adams III, both of Austin, were married Saturday, July 1, 1995 at the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, Calif. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Quintero of Anaheim, Calif.

The groom is the son of Maj. Gen. (Ret.) and Mrs. Chris S. Adams Jr.

of deCordova Bend Estates. Dr. Teno Ballesteros performed the double-ring ceremony in a glass sanctuary decorated with silver candelabra, California ferns, roses, gladiolus, car-. nations and mums. The cathedral pipe organ played "The Lord's Prayer." "The Wedding Song" and traditional wedding music throughout the ceremony.

Rose Quintero of Los Angeles, sister of the bride. was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Patty Quintero of Anaheim, sister of the bride, and Leona Brammer of Austin. Best man was Tim Gerron of Hollywood. Calif.

Groomsmen were Christopher and Lisa Adams Mark Rutherford of Alburquerque, N.M. and John Kortis of Los Angeles. The bride, given in marriage by her father. wore a white silk and satin gown adorned with pearls. Twenty-four member rigs and the visiting rig of Lonnie Thompson, daughter of Harold and Miriam Stace, made the trip.

Saturday's 5 a.m. wake-up call was followed by coffee, hot chocolate, sweet rolls and doughnuts. Tables filled with "yard sale goodies" were set up under large oak trees that furnished a most welcome shade. Mother Nature also blessed us with a cool breeze most of the day.
