Will it ever be aired again? As a matter of fact, it will, thanks to a deal recently announced by 20th Century-Fox Television. "Goodbye, Farewell and Amen" which remains the highest-rated series episode aired on TV to date will be made available for the first of two runs in local syndication next spring, with the stations currently showing daily repeats of the series getting first dibs on it in their respective markets. TV QUESTIONS ANSWERS What are the plans for the show "The Powers That Will it be on this fall? Technically speaking, it might not be this FALL, but it is set to reappear sometime next season. Though NBC originally gave it a Friday-night slot when the 1992-93 schedule was announced, the network then changed its mind and substituted a new "reality" show, bumping the political comedy to backup status. Just taking a guess, we'd be surprised if the next trace of it wasn't seen launching the new TV season of "Next Generation" as well as its spinoff, the forthcoming "Deep Space Nine." We'll speculate this much: It couldn't have been mere coincidence that Michael Dorn, alias Worf, showed up in the big-screen "Star Trek VI." However, William Shatner told us not long ago that if the original Enterprise crew was asked back for another movie mission, he'd consider it seriously.

Guess well just have to wait and see and live long and prosper. I'm dying to find thinking about creating a "Next Generation" movie anytime soon. We're certain that thought is very much on Paramount Pictures' mind, though when it might become a reality remains anybody's guess. Clearly, the critical and financial success of last year's "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country" recently released on home video, incidentally -is nothing any movie studio would take lightly, but the most attention on that franchise currently is being paid to.
