Robert Irving McEnroe, 52. formerly ol Water ford and for 25 years an agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation died suddenly July 4 at his residence, 337 Cherry Tree Circle, Hagerslown He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John McEnroe of 22 Washington Waterford.

Recently retired (ram the FBI, Mr. McEnroe taught for (he last year at Hagerstown Junior College in the field of law enforcement. He was a graduate of Waterford High School and Union College. Schencclady. He served in the U.S.

Earl Cooley, Troy; retired produce dealer Earl B. Cooley, SO, ol 34 Douw Troy, native of Troy and a retired self- employed produce dealer, died Saturday at his residence. He had been under care of a physician. Mr. Cooley was the husband of the late Elvie Reed Cooley and son of the 1 late Douglas and Isadora Baker Cooley.

He retired several years ago and was a communicant of Christ and St. Barnabas Church. There are no immediate survivors. The funeral will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from Joseph A.

Lozella Terry; Troy resident Mrs. Lozella F. Terry, 67, of Bldg. 2, Apt. 3, Corliss Park, Troy, widow of Charles J.

Terry, died suddenly Monday al her residence. Death was attributed to natural causes. Born in she was the daughter of the late Orris'and Flossie Bowman Stone. She came to Troy 49 years ago and was a communicant of St. Augustine's Church.

Survivors include seven sons. Charles George James Donald F. and Gerald E. Terry, all of Troy, and John W. and Thomas E.

SALVATORE CRISPO Viola C. Roberts, 84; retired deputy commissioner of jurors Mrs. Viola C. Roberts, 84, native of Melrose and retired deputy commissioner of jurors in Rensselaer County, died Sunday evening at Cohoes Memorial Hospital, alter a long illness. She had also been assistant to the clerk of Surrogate Court, prior to deputy commissioner, and a member nf Rensselaer County clerk's office, retiring from the jurors' post 20 years ago.

Mrs. Roberts was also a former member of Rensselaer Republican Club. She had been a i Presbyterian Church of Troy and at one lime had resided at 8 West Sunnyside, -Troy. Mrs. Roberts was widow of LeRoy W.

Simons and the daughter of Helen Lees; native of Schaghticoke SCHENECTADY Mrs. Helen M. Lees, 85. of 6A Lincoln Heights, Schenectady, native of Schaghticoke and former Mechanicville resident, died Monday at Hallmark Nursing Home, Schenectady. She resided in Schenectady for more than 40 years and had been an employe of General Electric Co.

She was the widow of George D. Lees and attended First United Methodist Church, Schenectady. Mrs. Lees had also resided in Binghamton at one lime. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs.

Dorothy Peterson of Broadalbin; a sister, Mrs. Alma Warren of Selma, Calif. The funeral will be Wednesday al 2 p.m. from Dunn Funeral Home, 319 Park Mechanicville, with Rev. Frank Jay Reid of United Methodist Churph of Scheneclady officiating.
