The towering Dukes will meet LaSalle, and Dayton will take on third-seeded St. Bonavenlure tomorrow night to see who baftles it out in Saturday's finals.

Red topped Waite Hoyt, 28-11. Jack Chesbro had 4, Vic Raschi and Bob Shawkey 2 each and Spud Chandler 1 vote. Murphy rolled up 25 points as the bullpen ace to 11 for Wiley Moore and 10 for fireman Joe Page. Hoyt and Gomez each had one. Page's low vote was a bit surprising in view of his brilliant success in recent years.

Rizzuto was the only active Yank to make the team. The Scooter was a topheavy favorite with 42 votes. Crosetti had 3 and Roger Peckinpaugh, Tony Lazzeri and Everett Scott, 1 each. Lazzeri beat Joe Gordon for second base, 36-12 and Rolfe, now Detroit Tiger manager, bested Jumpm' Joe Dugan, 38-10 for third base. Only six outfielders were mentioned with Ruth and DiMaggio each getting 48 votes.
