CHARLES L. HAZLETT Mrs. Oda Story Hazlett, wife of Charles L. Hazlett, of 518 Washington Avenue, Charleroi, died December 10, 1951, at 1:15 a.m., in Charleroi-Monessen hospital. Mrs.

Hazlett was born in Dunbar, September 4, 1878, the daughter of John D. and Eliza-Stroud Story. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Charleroi, the Good-will Club, and the Charleroi Review of the Woman's Benefit Association. She is survived by her husband, one son, Leslie Hazlett, two daughters, Mrs. Eliza Hager and Mrs.

Virginia Miller, both of Charleroi; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Charles and William S. Story, of Conncllsvillc two sisters, the Misses Minnie and Ratie Story of Charleroi. The deceased was an aunt of Mrs. John L. Simms of Finlcvvillc.
