Reginald Gardner -of Mr. Gardner is Custodian of Boght Hills Elementary School in Colonie while a brother of the Gardner, is school bus driver. Miss Gardner was born in'Al- bany and resided in Latham most 'of her life. She was employed as a typist in the North Colonie "two months. GraBuated-from Watervliet High School last June, she was a member of Calvary Methodist Church in Latham.

Survivors include her parents, Sadie A. and Reginald S. Gardner; one sister, Miss June Gardner, and two brothers, Robert S. and Rich ard A. Gardner, all of Latfiam The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m.

Fenelon and J. R. Garrett, of the Latham substation, the auto driven by Dooley was heading south in Rt. 9 when it left the highway after failing to negotiate a slight curve near the Dunsbach Ferry Road, at Boght Corners. The auto then sliced 'through six concrete guard rails, smashed a metal sign, skidded under a billboard, knocking down part of the structure, flipped over a came to rist on its top.

Police said the car traveled 486 feet after'leaving the pavement Dooley and Miss O'Brien were taken to Albany Memorial Hospital, Dooley for head and facial injuries and Miss O'Brien for a possible hip injury. Both are reported in "good" condition at the hospital today. In Albany, O'Brien was killed when his auto was struck by the stolen car which was being chased by police at the time. The accident occurred at a five-way intersection on Delaware avenue and resulted in injury to driver of another car, John Beuchs, of Albany. He was held for X-rays at Albany Hospital.

The 13 year old boy driving the allegedly stolen car, was taken to the hospital also, but was not seriously injured. The accident at Ferry street and Fifth avenue, injuring Miss Canfield and Mrs. Shannon, occurred when an auto driven-by Sephen Canfield, 52, of 1404 5th was in collision with the auto by Mrs. Shannon. Hit Parked Auto Police said the Shannon auto also the parked auto of Mrs.
