A new law in this state makes the sale of poison liquor which causes death punishable as murder, but under the Supreme Court ruling it is held that the homicide law which has been on the statute books for some time covers the case. The court declares that "If a man sold liquor knowing it to be poison, he is guilty of murder without considering the new law.".
