Miss Haight is a graduate of the Freeport High School and attended the Pratt Art Institute, the Grand Central Art College and studied a year in Brittany.

Mr. Ludwig is a graduate of Stevens Institute and the New York University Law School. the Women's Regular Roanokes Democratic Club. The card and bunco parties will be held every Monday night with the exception of Washington's Birthday. Mrs.

Many of the dignitaries and celebrities from all over the borough attended the testimonial dinner and dance given this week under auspices of the Cross Bays Democratic Club in honor of State Committeeman Peter F. Albrecht and Executive Leader William F. Mayer.

The Ladies Aid Society of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church will sponsor a supper on the evening of Feb. 17. The luncheon held on Wednesday of this week was unusually well attended. A dinner and card party is being planned by the Utopia Club of the Hollis Presbyterian Church to be' held in Brooklyn on Thursday evening, March 26. The bridge and card party held this week was a social and financial success.

Tentative plans are under way for a play to take place early in March. Several social functions are being planned by the Hollis Civic and Social Club. The annual dinner will be held early in April in Manhattan. Tentative plans are also under way for a Minstrel Show. At the next meeting on 24' definite arrangements will be announced.
