Turning to the violations of the prohibition laws, the court declared that regardless of views of prohibition laws, the Eighteenth Amendment, as long as it is a law, should be enforced. It.

was pointed out that there is entirely too much liquor in Navarro county, although court took occasion to state that the liquor situation in this county was not any worse than other counties similarly situated. Ho stated that entirely too much liquor was coming into Navarro county from adjoining counties. He urged the investigators to give special attention to and "leave no stone in bringing offenders to justice. Judge Scarborough declared that the situation was helped more by the indicting of the person for operating a still than the indFetment of ten sellers of liquor as, in that manner, they were getting at the source of supply.
