An entertainment, presented by a group of children at the home of Mrs. John Turney, 130 Lincoln road, last nipht, drew a large audience, and as a result the Brooklyn Home for Destitute Children vas enriched.

Mrs. Turney has for the past few weeks been coaching the youngsters in a little playlet entitled, "The Sleeping lieauty." with the idea of securing additional funds for the work being carried on by tbe managers of the homo. Many prominent Flatbushites were present and thoroughly enjoyed the little offering of the children. Tho play Itself was all that could be dCBired, and the little ones acquitted themselves admirably. The play was in four acts and between tho acts there were several recitations and musical selections by members of the cast.
