He was born in Omaha, in 1903. Mr. Harding lived in Kansas City, before moving to Hollywood. In addition to many years of teaching violin in both the Kansas City School District and in Hollywood, he was concertmaster for the Kansas City Philharmonic Orchestra. He studied in Paris for nine years and toured Europe and the United States with various concert orchestras.

He moved to Vista in 1989 after retirement and served in the U.S. Navy during World War IL Mt Harding is survived by his a graveside service is planned for early summer at the family plot in Oak Hill Memorial Park in Escondido.
