Thg City Loan and Realty company of Durant filed notice of decrease of capital to met late this afternoon for tha purpose of redisricting the city for tile November election. Investigation brought out the fact that new additions west of the city, containing a-bont 400 voters, were brought into the "cWy about three months ago by ordinance passed by council, are not actually a part of the city, as yet.
