RALEIGH CHRISTIAN ADVOCATE. 10 Thursday, September 13, 1906. I love her very much. I go to Sunday-school every Sunday I can. I have not missed but one.

Well, I will close for fear of the waste-basket. I will ask a question: How old was Jesus when He began to preach? Your friend, VINNIE JACKSON. August 10, 1906. Dear Advocate: This is my second letter to the Advocate. I am a little girl eleven years of age. I go to Sunday-school every Sunday I can. Miss Ruth Tayloe is my teacher.

We have preaching every third Sunday. My pastor is Rev. W. C. Merritt.

My mamma takes the Advocate and I enjoy reading the boys' and girls' letters. I have three sisters and one brother. My mother and father are both living. I will close by asking a question: How many times is the word "girl" mentioned in the Bible? With best wishes to I lie orphans. NANNIE PRUDEN.

Dear Advocate: 1 will write to ou to-day. I am a little girl twelve years old. 1 will start to school in a week to Miss Emmie Patterson. I have never been to school to her. go to Sunday-school every Sunday that 1 can.

July 20, 1906. Dear Advocate: I am a little girl thirteen years old. Papa takes your paper and I enjoy reading the little boys' and girls' letters very much. 1 go to school now. My teacher's name is Miss Luda Dawson.

1 like her fine. My desk-mate is Miss Ila Jackson and HOW DEBTS ARE PAID. Do you owe any money? Do you want to pay It? Do you want to start a bank account? Do you want to earn an education? You can do all these. How? By selling Dishwashers. Every family needs one more than they do a washing machine.

The Dishwasher in used three times a day, but the washing machine only once a week. You make nearly 100 per cent, profit on every Dishwasher. Money comes In fast. Sell only one a day and It means a good salary. Sell two a day and can soon have a good bank account.

My teacher is Cousin Ethel Breedlove. My every-day school is out; it was out the first day of February. My teacher was my sister. My papa and mamma both are living. I have two brothers dead and six living; also ibree sisters living.

I go to Sunday-school nearly every Sunday. Our superintendent, is Mr. Calvin Moore, and we like him very much. Our pastor is Rev. W.

C. Mer-ritt, and we like him and his fa mil so much. This is his second year with us. I will answer Edith Woody 's question: Moses was the meekest man. Now I will ask a question: How were the Israelites fed in the wilderness? I will close with much love to the orphans.

Your little friend, MARY PRUDEN. Beaufort, N. Aug. 3, 1906. Dear Advocate: I love to read the little boys and girls' letters, and as I never wrote a letter before I thought if you would spare me a space in your column I would try to write a short letter.

I am 13 years old and I love to go to church and Sunday-school. I love my superintendent; he is a very good man; his name is D. E. Longdale, and my teacher is my mamma, and of course I love her, and I think she is an exceptional teacher; she gives us good advice and also gives us some very pretty presnts for learning our lessons so well, and she gives a prize to the one that pays the most money in our class. Little Miss Ruby Sabeston received the last prize.

She paid more money than any one of us, and my mamma gave her a Bible; we have nine in our class, and all attend regular. WTell, I will ask some one of our little friends to please tell me wher to look and find out. what part ot the Bible is it they find out bow OPIUM, WHISKEY fort of patients carefully looked after.
