yesterday, Mrs. T. L. Ayers, 40, of Roaring Spring, is at her home suffering a fracture of tie right leg and dislocation of the ankle. Mrs.

Ayers. riding on the swing, with her son-in-law. H. D. Paul, was holding her baby niece when the hooks holding the swing to the roof broke.

The three were thrown by the collapse a-d Mrs. Ayers. attempting to save the child, had her right leg doubled under the swing. She was taken to Xason hospital. Roaring Spring, where an X-ray ot Robert and Ella McCalU Her husband preceded her to the grave eome time ago.

She is survived by these children: G. S. Richardson, Juniata; YV. Hol-Hdaysburg; Irwin, of Tennessee; and of Cleveland. Ohio; 15 grand children; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-gret grand child.
