REPEAT 10-11 (ABC) Love, American Style has the late Edward Everett Horton as a cynical justice of the peace in a Las Vegas marriage mill, and he's worth watching. Bill Dana and Ann Prentiss are his clients. Other segments feature Sandy Baron, Hope Holiday, Maggie Peterson, Jim Backus, Ken Murray and Bernie Kopell. REPEAT Ask TV Scout BACHELOR SERIES John Forsythe had a series before To Rome, With Iove, but I can't remember the name, Also, who was the girl who costarred? Katy Jurio, Cape Giradeau, Mo. The name of the series was Bachelor Father.

Noreen Corcoran played John Forsythe's niece, Kelly. WESTERN Please settle a dispute. I say that Robert Culp had a Western series long before the I Spy series, but my mother says I'm wrong. Am Carla Miami, Fla. No, you're right.

Robert Culp played Texas Ranger Hoby Gilman in the TV series Trackdown. DISGUSTED In the name of everthing decent how much longer are the going to allow General Hospital on the air. It is immoral, indecent and dirty. I don't wonder the young people are losing their sense of morality and decency. Disgusted, Norfold, Va.

The popularity of this series would indicate that many viewers disagree with you or at least enjoy such daytime fare. Anyhow, since you feel so strongly against this particular show, write to your local stations and complain to them about the Indecency. SCOUT I would like to know who played the role of Scout in the movie "To Kill a Mockingbird." Wondering, Franklin, Pa. Scout, the daughter of Gregory Peck in the 1963 movie "To Kill a Mockingbird," was played by Mary Badham. (The TV SCOUT Staff in New York and Hollywood will answer your questions in this space.

TV scout reports There was a party on the set of "Do Not Fold, Spindle or Mutilate," and ABC Movie of the Week production, and I don't blame the producers for having one. They had assembled a cast including four great acting ladies Helen Hayes, Myrna Loy, Sylvia Sidney and Mildred Natwick and so they were justifiably proud. Ted Post, who directed the film, said the four wounderful veteran actresses worked well together. "I felt," he said, "like a dinghy among battleships." Myrna Loy, who has always been a woman with public spirit, said she still loves New York and lives there.

And She's currently devoting most of her energies to a committee on discrimination in housing. She said the reason most cities are declining is because the suburbs won't accept blacks and other minorities, thus forcing them to stay in the overcrowded cities. Sylvia Sidney is an Easterner, loo, although her home is in Roxbury, not New York. Her big interest these days is needlework. She's written a book on the subject and has put together needlework kits, which she sells.

(CBS) It's heart surgery time on The Interns. The operatee is none other than Dr. Goldstone (Broderick Crawford), who has a serious heart condition. The story concerns that plus the fact that the arm-in-arm regulars resent the presence of Lew Ayres, who plays the man who takes over for Goldstone. David Sachs, who gave up his own surgical practise for acting, plays Dr.

Keller. REPEAT (ABC) Any family which has a son who can't afford a car, but insists on keeping the wreck he owns, will identify with The Partridge Family. Keith (David Cassidy) is constantly broke, trying to keep the old heap repaired and unable to borrow money from his family. That is, until smart Danny Bonaduce takes over his finances. Wait until you see Keith take his girl on a "budget date." It's a funny scene.
