Mrs. Jones presented gifts to all the officers who served during the past year in appreciation of their cooperation. At the conclusion of the installation the post and auxiliary members were served a fish dinner and the remainder of the evening was spent socially. On Wednesday evening the auxiliary had its regular meeting with Mrs. Jones presiding.

Routine reports were read on rehabilitation, hospital, Civil Defense, cancer dressings, membership and blood bank. Announcement was made that all committee reports for the year must be completed during April. Donations were made to the Venango County Cancer Society and the Amelia Kane Cancer Clinic. Mrs. Catherine Conway received the attendance prize.

The Jesse G. Greer Post, No. 18J5, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and its auxiliary held a combined installation service on Thursday evening in the post home. The post officers were installed by the past commander, Wayne Heffermaa assisted by Joseph Manning jiso a past commander. Alex C.

Ninth irkcy City, idtond ast The Family Rosary Miss Donna Lee Snyder, the maid of honor, wore an orchid tulle dress over taffeta and the bridesmatron, Mrs. William McCune, wore a gown of yellow net over taffeta. They wore bands of white flowers in their hair and they carried colonial bouquets of mixed flowers.

The bride's mother was attired in a brown print dress with white accessories and Mrs. Snyder, mother of the bridegroom, wore a brown and white dress with white accessories. They both had corsages of white carnations. A reception for 150 guests was held in the Sugarcreek Civic Club following the wedding. Streamers and white wedding bells featured the decorations and the bride's table was laid with a lace cloth and accented with mixed flowers and candles.

Mrs. H. C. Reed cut the cake and the aides were Mrs. Mildred Rice, Mrs.

Elizabeth Whitcomb and Mrs. James Rossman. The couple left for a short wedding trip, after which they will reside at Buttermilk Hill, Franklin RD 3. For going away the bride chose a white taffeta dress, trimmed in black velvet, with white accessories. Mr.

Snyder is employed by the Chicago Pneumatic Tool Co. Monday thru Saturday 7:00 p. m. 1340 Club Monday thru Friday 3:05 to 4:30 p. m.

McCune, of Cochranton RD 4, became the bride of James 0. Snyder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oakley Snyder, of Buttermilk Hill, at a pretty candlelight ceremony performed last evening in the Sugarcreek Methodist Church. Lighted white candles, palms and mixed flowers decorated the church altar.

The single ring service was performed by Rev. Elmer Armes, the church pastor, at 7:30 o'clock. Mrs. Frank Smoyer played the traditional wedding selections and Miss Lois Campbell, the vocalist sang "The Lord's Prayer," by Malotte. The bride, who was presented 5n marriage by her father, was attired in a gown of white net over taffeta, fashioned with a waltzjength skirt.

The fitted bodice was of lace with short puffed sleeves and a boat neckline outlined with niching. The bride's long veil was held in place by a tiara of seed pearls. She also wore white mitts and' carried a white Bible topped with arnations and showered with treamers.
