Fire near wash keeps flaring up REDLANDS A fire on the Santa Ana wash bank started Saturday night and flared up Sunday and yesterday, sending Redlands Fire Department on at least five calls. Capt. Ken Williams said the blaze could go on for days, even more than a week, because people have dumped trash five to six feet along the bank 300 yards east of Orange Street. Williams said firemen were sent to he site at 7:37 p.m.

She is now a member of Yucaipa Valley Chapter No. 560, and is a member of the Yucaipa Woman's Club, the Yucaipa Valley Republican Women's Club, Retired Teachers of Redlands and the American Association of Retired Persons in Yucaipa. She is also past regent of the Arrowhead Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Redlands. The Affeldts have one son and four grandchildren and one great -granddaughter.
