STATIONERY, TENDERS will be received until noon on Friday, instant, from persons willing to supply certain quantities of Stationery, required for the service of the Government. Schedules of the articles, and printed forms of tender, may be obtained from the Government Store keeper, Melbourne.

Tenders must be made in strict conformity with the printed schedule, and the rates quoted must include all charges whatsoever, the freight, insurance, shipping charges, cost of paokages, and risks of every description being borne by the contractor, who will also be liable for any expense incorred by the Go. vernment owing to non-fulfilment of the contract within the time specified. The articles, which must be in every respect of the best description (and, where so ordered, in accord ance with sample), are to be delivered at the Government Stores, Melbourne, prior the 1st of February, 1860. They will be subject on de delivery to the approval of a board of survey appointed by the Government, and payment will be made only upon certificate of the board that the contract has been satisfactorily carried out. Security will be required in the sum of £500 for due fulfilment of the contract, and the bond must be entered into within five days from da'e of acceptance, failing which the contract may be again advertised or another tender accepted.

TN the Insolvent Estate of James Watt, of Bacchus Marsh, in the Colony of Victoria, Agent.Whereas, on the petition of Isaac Lyons, of Melbourne, in the colony of Victoria, the estate of James Watt, of Bacchus Marsb, the above named insolvent, was, on the 6th day of May, 1859, by order of his Honor Mr Justice Poblman, one of the judges of the Supreme Court of the colony of Victoria, placed under sequestration in my hands until the same should by the said Supreme Court be adjudged to be sequestrated or the said petition discharged according to law, and his Honor did appoint Thursday, the 2nd day of June next, for the said James Watt to appear before the said Supreme Court to show cause why his estate should not by sentence of the said court be adjudged to be sequestrated for the benefit of his creditors, and his Honor did at the same time appoint Alexander Laing, Esquire, of Melbourne, one of the official assignees of insolvent estates, to be the official assignee of this estate.
