The second, if they beat Bait Starr and company, will be with the Baltimore Colts in the final game of the season here Dec.

The Rams are 9-1-2, and unbeaten Baltimore, which plays lowly New Orleans in Baltimore Sunday, is one game ahead of Los Angeles in the Coastal Division with 10-0-2. First This Year This is the first meeting between Green Bay and Los Angeles this year but there is no lack of familiarity. Many of the same bodies and brains have collided many times before. Fullback Jim Grabowski, missing for four weeks with a knee injury, also may be ready for the Packers.

The Rams, who have followed a strong defense and Roman Gabriel's quarterbacking to their finest season in a decade, are in good physical condition. The rest of the NFL plays Sunday. "I have talked with Raab and a number of other prople but nothing has been signed," Wolman said.

"There is a definite possibility that I will refinance the Eagles but I can't say with whom." Wolman, who came here four years ago with an estimated fortune of $36 million, recently ran into a financial bind and has been pressed hard by creditors, including several banks. Pumors have been circulated that he faced bankruptcy and loss of the football team, one of the top money-makers in the NFL. Wo owns 52 per cent and Washington attorney Earl Foreman, 48 per cent, of the Eagles stock. The stock presently is en-1 cumbered by $7.5 million to several banks. 'Harassment Abuse' In his statement, Wolman said: "Over the past four years, I have repeatedly stated that the Philadelphia Eagles football club will never be sold by me during my lifetime.

"The harassment and abuse' by the vultures who have crawled out of the woodwork to break me so they can have opportunity to purchase the Philadelphia Eagles have made my fight much more difficult. "I want it clearly understood, that Norman Raab is a perfect gentlemen and my reference above does not include Norman or his associates." There were two versions, however, of the reported sale. One had Wolman selling control of the team, with the option to buy it back within three years. The 25-year-o1d Thai overwhelmed his opponent from the very start with the fury of his attack.

In the fourth, Ali, dazed by a flurry of punches, dropped his guard. Chartchai caught him with a fast left-right combination and then a jolting left to the head for the knockout.
