of Sequoyah county: Greet pings: Pursuant to the action of the 18th Annual Deparment Division and the Department Executive Committee the 19th Annual Department convent ion is hereby called to convene at Enid September 5th 6th 7th 1937 Purpose: The convention is called for the purpose of electing officers for the ensuing year electing delegates to the national convention amending the department constitution and for transacting of such other business as may be brought before it in mance with the national and ment regulations Representation Art the ment constitution provides that each post shall be entitled to three dele gates and three alternates and to one additional delegate and alternate for each 10 paid up members or major fraction thereof whose current dues have been received by the department 15 days prior to the meeting of said iconvention (August 21) Art XI Post Officers: Section IV provides that each post shall elect its cfficeis for the ensuing year at the same meeting at which time it selects its delegates and alternates to the annual department convention and said officer shall be installed at the first meeting following said convention Names of the post officers
