of Sequoyah Co Homes A Community Building Pa per According to Tinney secretary of the county election board he has returned the major part of the $250 deposit put up by loyd Green to de fray the expenses of the recent con test in the county race and has refused to pay all but a few of the witnesses in the case Mr Tinney refused to say under what authority he had acted and ap parently has today by a Democrat Amcrican re porter Mr Armstrong stated that he is not liable under the law for these fees but that since the charge was being made that he should pay them he would assist in legal
