17. Other events scheduled arc; Feb. 7, recess and Grand Chapter i Feb. 21, George Washington Birthday program with address by Luther N. Freeman, excellent companion; March 7, mark master degree by the high priest; March 21, past master's degree by the scribe; April 4, most excellent master's degree by the king; April 18, Royal Arch Mason's degree by Bloss Council, and May 2, Completion of Unfinished Ashlars.

The schedule will be concluded by a dinner meeting at p.m. May 16 at the Circle Inn, Latham, in honor of Most Excellent Companion Frederick C. Breilhaupt, grand lecturer, Royal Arch Stale of New York. All members have been invited to attend this event which will be followed by the Grand Lecturer Convention for District 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Watervliet Masonic Temple.

Manning Paper Co. and nurses from the Samarium Hospital also visited the funeral home, Tournament Registration Under Way Registration Is now under way for the annual boys pool and i pong tournaments sponsored by the Watervlicl Center, it was announced last night by Jack Roach, director. The tournament gets under way Feb. 4 at the center and will run until the end of the month.

Registration wilt close Jan. 28. Divisions are broken up into midgets, 8-11 years of age; juniors, 12-15, and inter- 16-18. Last year 164 boys the event on a city-wide basis. A foul shooting contest will also be held at the center Jan.

25 with boys divided into the same divisions as above. No registration is necessar.y. year 96 boys entered this contest. A new rifla range class has been organized at the center will begin Saturday morning, Jan. 19 for boys 8-10 years of age.

A class for boys from 11-14 years old will begin Jan. 21 in Ihe evening. Registration now being held at the een tcr. A trophy will be given for (he winner and runncrup in each division of the pool and ping pong tournament and the winner in each category of the foul-shooting contest. Trophies will be presented at the anassl dinner champions held in April.

New classes In ceramics and nandicrafts will start next week, Mr. Roach announced. The class for boys will be held Monday from 7-8 p.m. while the new girls class will get under way Tuesday at the same time. These classes are limited in size so they will be filled on a first come, first served, basis.

Mayor Names Mrs, Dworsky As 14th Ward Supervisor By BOB FUSCO Republican Mayor Neil Kelleher yesterday announced he was designaling Mrs. Sydney Dworsky, an enrolled Democrat, to succeed her late husband, also a Democrat, 11 Kenj- selacr County supervisor the 14th Ward. The announcement came as a surprise to many, since it was generally expected a Republican would be appointed to fill out unexpired term, which runs through 1963. Last night, in explaining his choice, the mayor said, "In ap- JoitUing Dworsky, the administration is simply living up its responsibility to the city and, particularly, to the people ot the 14th Ward, who are well aware of the contributions Mr. and Mrs.

Mass. Mrs. Dworsky is proprietor of Bloomfield's Card Shop in Troy. With her appointment, the makeup of the Board of Supervisor's will remain at 22 Republicans, 12 Democrats and one independent. Troy is represented by ten Republicans and eight Democrats.
