During her long illness she has been most patient and much was found to appreciate in the brave way that she endured her suffering. She was one whose home and family affection ran deeply and her life was one of gentle strength of love and devotion. She was a faithful attendant at the services of the Middle Street Baptist Church. Mrs. Frye is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs.

Philip R. Ham of South Berwick and Miss Bernice E. Frye of this city, two grandsons, Ralph Clinton Frye and Clifford Bradley Frye, both of South Berwick, three sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Clark and Mrs. E.

Nicks, both of Portsmouth and Mrs. Dorcas Randall of York, also three brothers, John H. Sherwood of St. Johns, N. Alfred H.

Sherwood of Lunenburg, and Bradley K. Sherwood of this city. Funeral services will be held at the home, 35 Rockingham street, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Friends invited. Kindly omit flowers.

IWenrworth Busl Big Caih Prises Free Gamei Everyone Welcome Henry Leach Henry Leach, a well known and highly respected resident of Eliot, passed away Thursday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James FJynn, with whom he had resided the greater part of his life. Mr.

Leach was born in Eliot Sept. 11, 1881, the son of the late Moses and Emma (Young) Leach, and is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mabel Hoitt of Concord, and a half-brother, Arthur C. Leach of Exeter. Mr.

Leach was a painter by trade and was well and favorably known in Portsmouth, having been employed by several of the local contractors. He will be remembered as a man possessed of a kindly nature, one who did his tasks'willingly and efficiently, an honest and dependable friend and neighbor. Services will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Flynn on Main street in South Eliot Saturday a noon at 2 o'clock.

Randolph Holies Word has been received of the sudden death at New York on July 19 of Randolph Bolles of Washington, who until a few years ago, with his family, had occupied a cottage at Greenacre each, summer since 1904. Mr. BoJles was active in the Greenacre colony for many years.

He is survived by his widow, a Von, Randolph Bolles, a daughter. Jeanne Bolles, and a sister. Mrs. Sutherland Maxwell of Montreal, Can. daughter is the wife of Shogi Effendi of Haifi, Palestine.
