Hamacher said that the station will show "Rawhide" and "Bonanza" in the western vein, as well as "Twilight Zone" and "Hitchcock Presents" for those who like more exciting TV fare. "We haven't forgotten the many, friends of Lawrence Welk and his show will be on for an hour on Sunday nights," Hamacher said. The "700 Club" will be broadcast Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., supplied by the Christian Broadcasting Network, the GM said.

There will be no local news when the station goes on the air, but there will be a 10 p.m. national and international newcast supplied by Independent News Network and received here via satellite, Hamacher said.
