ENTERTAINMENT WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 12, 1994 A-7 'Unsolved Mysteries' scheduled to air Lancaster crime tonight Jennifer Kopf Intelligencer Journal Staff "Unsolved Mysteries," a television series which airs on NBC, is scheduled to feature a Lancaster crime on tonight's show. Daniel Pineda, who was 20 at the time of the 1991 attack on a 13-year-old girl, was charged with rape, statutory rape, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and unlawful restraint after an alleged rape in the woods off Chesapeake Street.

He apparently left the area soon after the Nov. 13, 1991, 1 incident. Although Lancaster City Police Det: Lt. Dennis Arnold's says "reliable information" has placed Pineda in several spots along the East Coast and in Puerto Rico, police have been unable to catch up with him. No new leads have developed recently in 1 the case, Arnold said Tuesday.

Crews were in Lancaster last September filming a re-enactment of the attack against the girl.
