Password'Has More Than Passing Grade By CLARKE WILLIAMSON Mr. Working Man. while you're awav all day. do you fear vriur wife might be a slave to TV soap operas? Better not believe it. She's more likely hooked on that famous oldtime game show "Password." CBS made the mistake of axing this program back in 1967.

Then, over a year ago, ABC smartly renewed it, spruced it up, and can exult that now "Password" tops 9 other daytime programs. But the soaps "All My Children," "General Hospital," and "One Life to Live" do vie for your ujfe's entanglement. Even another game show, "Concentration" might take up some of her time. But don't worry about her interest in dating younger men: the worn out game "Dating G-inie" is a surefirei fizzle if there was one ard ARC shnu'd cancel it. This is the way fans rate some of the other dajtime programs: Password, ABC, 74.5, superb.

All My Children, ABC, 70.9, good. General Hospital, ABC, 70.G, good. One Life To Live, ABC, 68.4, good. Concentration, NBC, 67.7, good. As The World Turns, CBS, 64.0, fair.

Days of Our Lives, NBC, 62.1, fair. Another World, NBC, 59.0, fair. Edge of Night, CBS, 56.7, fair. Dating Game, ABC, 41.2, awful. READERS SPEAK FAITH LOST: From Diana Hamilton, Omaha.
