Page May 31, Express, Lock Haven, Deaths Funerals MI viven Additional survivors of Charles Carmen Rivlello, 65, of 13 King Albany, N.Y., who was killed Wednesday while at work for the Penn- Central Railroad at Albany, N.Y., are two sisters and four brothers, Mrs. Anna Marano of Avis; and Hazel, Philadelphia; Anthony, Albany, N.Y.; Vito, Syracuse, N.Y.; Farley, of Clyde, N.Y.; and Leonard, of Williamsport, Mr. Riviello was born in Avis, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carmen Riviello of Shaw St.

He was a former resident of Avis and Lock Haven. His wife, Nancy Severino Riviello, also survives with three children, Mrs. Jade Radigan, Schenectady, N.Y.; Charles at home; and Anthony of Newark, N.Y.; and five grandchildren. The funeral mass was celebrated today in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Albany. Samuel E.

Shoemaker Samuel E. Shoemaker, 83, of Lock Haven Star Route, a Piper Aircraft Corp. employe during World War II, died Thursday midnight at the Lock Haven Hospital Extended Care Unit where he had been a patient six weeks. Mr. Shoemaker, whose parents were the late Mr.

and Mrs. William Shoemaker, was born at Swissdale, and had lived in the area all his life. As a young man he farmed, worked as a lumberman, and as a miner at Queens Run. Surviving are his wife, Laura Heck Shoemaker; two sons, Kenneth and Lewis, Lock Haven Star Route; two daughters, Mrs. Blanche Barth, Swissdale, and Mrs.

Clayton Embick, Upper Lockport, and nine grandchildren. Oden G. Wolfe JERSEY SHORE Oden G. Wolfe, 302 Allegheny who was 73 on May 18, died Thursday at the Jersey Shore Hospital. A native of Euclid, Mr.

Wolfe was employed locally as a carman at the Avis shops until retiring. Surviving are his wife, Ora K. Garnhart Wolfe, two daughters and three sons: Mrs. Violet Paulhamus, Williamsport; Mrs Gladys Brown, Jersey Shore; Donald Endlcott, N.Y. Oden, Las Vegas, Robert, Denver, 18 grandchildren, ate greatgrand- children; also, three brothers and five sisters: Willie Wolfe, Myersvffle, Truman, Clifford, and Mrs.

Goldie Kuhn, Smithsburg, Mrs. Evelyn Lewis, Mrs. Frieda Zajic, and Mrs. Oneida Brandenburg, Hagerstown, and Mrs. Catherine Wachter, Frederick, Md Mr.

Wolfe was a son Walter and Bessie Himes Wolfe. He was a member of the Jersey Shore Church of God. Mrs. Calvin E. Guiier MINGOVILLE Mrs.

Mary R. Guiser, 86, died at 5 p.m Thursday at the home of he daughter, Mrs. Bertha Jones at Oyster Bay, N.Y. where sh had been living In recen months. Born here, Sept.

25, 1882, daughter of the late Mr. an Mrs. John Workman, she mar ried Calvin E. Guiser in 1903 His death in 1963 terminate their 60 years of marriage. She was a member of th Hublersburg United Church Christ.

(AP) United Methodist Church members will be asked to step up their efforts to raise $20 million for programs to help black people and the poor. The church's Quadrennial Emphasis Executive Committee voted at a one-day meeting Wednesday to ask bishops across the country to accelerate efforts to raise a money for the Fund for Reconciliation.
